   the C.M.V. Act 1988 & rules made their under.
3. Vehicle has been inspected on date and video recording taken and saved. Photo of the Vehicle, Chassis No.and Engine no./Plate are take and attached herewith.
4. M.V. chassis decoding found as per TAC of the vehicle.
5. M.V. found with chassis no engraved as per Rule 122 CMVR 1989
   and AI 065.
