Application for assignment of new registration

mark on removal of a Motor Vehicle to another State

(To be made in duplicate if the vehicle is held under an agreement of hire-purchase / lease I hypothecation and the duplicate copy with the endorsement of the Registering Authority to be returned to the financier simultaneously, on the assignment of a new registration mark.)

the said Motor Vehicle in this State and hereby apply for the assignment of a New Registration Mark to the said Motor Vehicle.

             I/We  hereby declare that the registration is valid upto and

it has not been suspended or cancelled under the provisions of this Act.

       I / We enclose the certificate of registration and the certificate of fitness (*) of this Motor Vehicle.

       I / We enclose a 'No Objection Certificate' from the Registering Authority.

 [If the 'No Objection Certificate' from the Registering Authority is not enclosed the applicant should file along with this application a declaration as required under the first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 47]

      *The vehicle is not subject to an agreement of hire purchase / lease I hypothecation.
